Membership Terms & Conditions:
- Membership Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals only; businesses, corporations, or other entities are not eligible.
- Membership Duration: Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Service Visits: Includes two service visits per year (water heater flush & visual plumbing inspection). Unused visits do not carry over to the following year.
- Activation of Benefits: Membership benefits become available once payment is received.
- Scheduling Responsibility: The member is responsible for scheduling maintenance visits.
- Eligibility & Transferability: Membership is valid for one residential property only and cannot be transferred to another property or individual.
- Auto-Renewal: Membership automatically renews annually on the original purchase date. The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel, you must notify us via email or text at least 7 days before your renewal date.
